Lā 100: If you wish to join me in prayer and stand for the sacredness of our mauna, I will be beginning my pule at 10:30am at Pu'uhuluhulu on Sunday the 5th...
It has long been a practice of mine to always go and give my prays on all the levels of the mauna. I then always return and give my prayers of thanks on my return. But now i am being denied that right. My spiritual practice is being blocked.
Sunday I am returning to MaunaKea to conduct my ceremony as i always have. Will my sacred prayers be disturbed? Will i be blocked from my place of high prayer?
Is it only now for those who seek to make a profit off the mauna to be permitted access?
I challenge this act of discrimination against me in my sacred piko.
If you wish to join me in prayer and stand for the sacredness of our mauna, i will be beginning my pule at 10:30am at Pu'uhuluhulu on Sunday the 5th. I wear white during this journey.
All are welcomed.
