LAW & LEGAL SCHOLARSHIP 

This collection of readings includes documents through which one can become better acquainted with basic laws regarding land use and jurisdiction in Hawaiʻi. Some of these Acts, statutes, and regulations have served as grounds for Mauna Kea Hui legal suits that detained TMT’s construction process over seven years, and current positions being taken by the Mauna Kea 31 and others.
