Please kokua and take 1 minute to send a message to Mitch Roth, Hawaii County Prosecutor, that in light of the Supreme Court ruling revoking the TMT permits, we demand that he order charges against all arrested on the mauna be dismissed.

Lā 253: The judge said the charges for the Mauna Kea arrests are not being dismissed. Our kia'i will have to file a motion to dismiss but the cases continue because she said these charges had nothing to do with the Supreme Court's decision.
